Q1. Welcome to Just American News! How are you doing?
I’m excited to be speaking with you today. Thank you for this opportunity.
Q2. Your book and audiobook are now available on Amazon! Please tell our readers about ‘The Journey to I Do: A Psychic’s Guide to Finding the Right Relationship.’
I have been doing psychic readings for over 20 years. A large percentage of people who come to me are looking for that right relationship. Looking for and finding long lasting love is hard work. It’s also a very time consuming process that leads people down a road of disappointment and frustration. Most people don’t realize that the biggest obstacle they have to finding love is themselves. Yes, it’s themselves. This is because they have unfinished business from both their childhood and their romantic relationships that needs to be addressed and healed. My book walks the reader through the steps to addressing these unresolved issues and brings them to a place of being clear on what they want in a relationship. My book involves the reader in this process. I have Questions for Reflection and Journaling at the end of each chapter that allow the reader to go deeper with regard to that topic. If you buy the audiobook, you get the questions plus a meditation at the end of each chapter that focuses on that chapters’ topic as well. Additionally, I intertwine stories from my clients and their dating mishaps along the way to finding the love of their lives. Finally, I introduce the reader to the law of attraction and the role it plays in meeting the right person. At the end of the book, the reader, now with a new perspective, has the tools to bring in the right partner for themselves.
Q3. What motivated and inspired you to write this book?
Everyone wants love in their lives and they want it with the right person. I have many success stories and I wanted to share this approach with people so they can find the love of their lives.
Q4. Any tips or advice for aspiring writers?
Yes, if you feel like you have a message or teachings you want to share, sit down and start writing and then continually make time to write. I scheduled times and days where I would write.
Sometimes it was only for 30 minutes and other times I would sit for two hours, but I committed to the writing and I was thrilled when I had the first draft. It was exciting. Also, write what you know and what you are passionate about.
Q5. What’s next? Which books or project are you working on now?
When I recorded the audiobook version of the book, I came up with the idea of taking the ideas and concepts discussed in the book and making them into an online class that people could work through on their own.
Q6. Finally, as we ask all our guests, do you have any closing thoughts that you would like to share with the world and our readers?
Finding the relationship of your dreams starts and ends with you. Committing to the work and seeing it through to the end is exciting. When a client calls and says they just got engaged or they eloped or are planning a wedding, I am filled with gratitude for their commitment to themselves. They got themselves to that place. It’s a beautiful thing to witness and be a part of. I’m thrilled when someone gets their “I do”. It makes me feel like I’ve brought a little more love to the world and who wouldn’t want to do that? Thank you!
