Art is not for all and when it comes to a vibe that showcases a hybrid of dark and vibrant art, you will find Kat Alyst behind the curtains. Kat Alyst, with her shocking paintings, that are the audacity to grab all humans at first sight throughout her emotional and most enchanting selections of characters, subjects and concepts.

The Texas-based Kat Alyst came into the art world with her different kinds of art work that the world has never seen before. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a primary concentration in graphic design and a photography minor. Kat entered the fashion and beauty industries after many years of struggle, working with actors, models, art directors, photographers, etc.

Her vibes are sharp and soft simultaneously and focuses on traumas and hurdles of life in disguise of ease and calmness. She has won the Star of the Week, Honorable Mention with The Analog Film Photography Association Gallery for Art Basel/Spectrum Art Fair.

Through her painting and photography, she always had a narrative to offer about her life, her memories, and her experiences. She preferred using colour over words, creating fantastical scenarios that brought her popularity. She made the free-will decision to live for the arts. as she puts it.

Kat has been featured in various media outlets, including; New York Weekly, LA WIRE, Moevir Magazine, Art Week, V Magazine, ARTSY, Vogue (Photo Vogue), LA WEEKLY, and so forth. Kat participated in numerous global exhibitions, but her solo show was held in 2021. According to LA Weekly, Los Angeles, CA, someone is attempting to communicate with you.

She is now working on a piece of work that will depict 10 different identities she has adopted throughout her life to live in America’s capitalist culture.

The following year, she intends to continue exhibiting her art at various galleries and pursue interviews.
